We had waited a long time to get new flooring for our living room. We chose Floor Coverings because friends had strongly recommended them. Both Patti and Sam were friendly, courtious, helpful and patient. A health related problem delayed our installation for a few monthes. There was no hassle or phone calls. Dear Sam: Thank you so much for working with Central United Methodist Church on the new carpeting for our "Parlor Redecorating Project".
While the four ladies on the committee were most grateful for your own personal assistance, I have to tell you that our favorite part of working with your company was the discovery of your "secret weapon", Pattie Olsen. Perhaps we are not the only local folks who had no idea you employed a trained professional interior decorator on your staff, let alone the fact that you make her services available free to your customers. Pattie was (pardon the pun) a God send to us! Not only did she select appropriate carpeting for us, but she also developed a full color scheme for the room using four different tones and she steered us totally the right way on how to handle the handsome frieze that decorates the ceiling in our parlor. The end result is just stunning and we are delighted with the new look. Lastly not just once but twice she made herself available on site to help us make a final determination on a countertop selection for new cabinetry to help tie the room together.

We came to Floor Coverings of Winona to start to look to replace the flooring in the kitchen and dining room. It was the first time we had been there. We had not made an appointment but right away Patti treated us like she had all the time in the world. We had our questions answered and there was absolutely NO pressure to purchase anything.
